By browsing, registering, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us of unauthorized use.

Lohar Gifting offers customized digital audio (MP3) and, for eligible plans, personalized video (MP4) based on templates and customer-supplied details. Features, turnaround estimates, and plan limits are described on the pricing and order pages and may evolve.

You warrant that text, names, messages, and media you supply do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or privacy rights of others; do not include unlawful, hateful, or explicit content; and comply with applicable law. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate this warranty.

Displayed prices are in the currency indicated (typically INR) unless stated otherwise. Taxes or gateway fees may apply per jurisdiction. A contract is formed when we accept your payment and register your order in our system.

Payments are processed by third-party gateways. You authorize us and our partners to charge the selected amount using the method you provide. If reconciliation delays occur, status shown in your account may update once the gateway confirms the transaction.

Digital goods are deemed delivered when made available for download or streaming within your account—or via another method we specify. You are responsible for storing your files; we may remove archived assets per the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

Because products are bespoke, subjective “taste” disagreements may not qualify for free revisions. Technical defects (for example corrupt files when our checksum fails) should be reported within the window stated on your receipt or help docs.

We retain rights to templates, production tools, stems, and platform software. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the delivered MP3/MP4 as permitted herein. Commercial exploitation, resale, sampling for release, or training AI models on our outputs is prohibited unless we grant written consent.

You may not misuse APIs, attempt to access other users’ orders, upload malware, scrape bulk data, reverse engineer secured areas, or harass staff. We may suspend accounts for violations.

Except where prohibited by law, services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability arising from any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lohar Gifting against claims arising from content you submit or misuse of deliverables.

Unless mandatory consumer laws specify otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operating entity resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, subject to binding arbitration clauses if we publish them separately.

We may modify these terms; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. For material payment-related changes, we may require reconfirmation.
