Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: April 8, 2026. Lohar Gifting sells bespoke digital goods. That personalization affects when cancellations and refunds are possible—please read this page before purchasing.


1. Nature of the product

Each order produces a custom MP3 or MP4 using your names, messages, and—when applicable—your photographs. Once creative work begins, costs are incurred. That is why refund eligibility depends on production stage rather than a generic “cooling off” period.

2. Before production starts

If your dashboard still shows Pending and no manager has started fulfillment, you may request cancellation. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method when the gateway allows reversal; otherwise we issue support credits equal to the amount paid.

Include your order ID, registered email, and payment transaction reference to speed verification.

3. After processing begins

When status moves to Processing, writers, vocalists, editors, or motion designers may already be assigned. Partial refunds are unusual but may be granted if we cannot complete the project due to our internal failure.

Change-of-mind, buyer’s remorse, or subjective dislike of artistic choices generally do not qualify once assets are underway—though we may offer a discounted redo at our discretion.

4. After delivery

Delivered files are deemed accepted unless you report a verifiable technical defect (corrupted file, missing audio, wrong template) within 72 hours of the download notification. We will repair or replace legitimate defects at no charge.

Requests related to lyrics you approved, spelling you typed, or photos you uploaded are normally not refundable post-delivery.

5. Duplicate charges & gateway errors

If a single order is accidentally billed twice, or the bank shows success while our dashboard failed, contact support with both transaction IDs. After reconciliation with PayU (or your active gateway), we refund extras or manually mark the order complete.

6. Chargebacks

Please attempt resolution with us before initiating a chargeback. Friendly fraud may lead to account suspension and recovery of delivered files where technically feasible.

7. Priority / rush fees

If you paid for expedited production and we miss the committed window solely due to our staffing error, we may refund the rush portion or upgrade a future order.

8. How refunds post

Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Holidays, foreign cards, or manual reviews may extend timelines.

9. Contact

Email or message us through Contact with “Refund Request” in the subject, your order ID, and screenshots of any payment screens.
