Last updated: April 8, 2026. This policy explains how Lohar Gifting (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, accounts, and order flows.
This policy applies to visitors, registered users, customers placing personalized music/video orders, and authorized staff who access administrative or manager panels. By using the site you acknowledge this notice; if you disagree, please discontinue use.
Account & profile data: name, email address, role (user/manager/admin where applicable), and authentication artifacts such as password hashes.
Order & creative inputs: template selections, occasion text, recipient details you choose to share, pricing selections, timestamps, status history, and uploaded images when you purchase video-capable plans.
Payment data: we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payments are handled by certified gateway partners (for example PayU). We may store gateway transaction IDs, amounts, currency, and payment status returned by the provider.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device characteristics, approximate location derived from network data, and diagnostic logs needed for fraud prevention and reliability.
Support communications: messages you send via contact forms or email, including attachments you voluntarily provide.
We process data to create and deliver your personalized digital goods, authenticate sessions, show order tracking, improve templates and UX, comply with law, respond to disputes, and secure the platform against abuse.
Uploaded photos are used solely to fulfill compatible plans and are accessed only by roles that require them (for example assigned managers and administrators).
Depending on your region, processing may rely on performance of a contract (fulfilling your order), legitimate interests (security, analytics in aggregated form), or consent where we expressly request it.
We use cookies or equivalent mechanisms to maintain secure sessions after login, protect against cross-site attacks where implemented, and remember essential UI state. You can control cookies through browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may break login.
We share data with infrastructure and payment vendors strictly as needed: hosting providers, email delivery (if enabled), and payment gateways. Each vendor processes data under their own terms—we encourage you to review your gateway’s privacy documentation for card-present flows.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
We retain order records and accounting data as long as required for taxes, chargebacks, and customer support. Uploaded source assets may be deleted or anonymized after delivery plus a reasonable grace period unless law requires longer storage.
We implement industry baseline measures: salted password hashing for credentials, HTTPS in production, restricted upload validation, and role-based access for internal panels. No method is 100% secure—report suspected incidents promptly.
Subject to jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of certain data. Contact us with verification details. Some requests may be limited if they interfere with another person’s rights or lawful obligations.
The service targets adults purchasing gifts. If you believe a child provided data without consent, contact us for removal.
If servers or vendors are located outside your country, transfers may occur under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards required by law.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, an on-site notice.
